As founder and CEO of Morgan, Mike has acquired more than 4 million square feet of industrial and office buildings with a transaction of value in excess of $350 million. He has also been involved in the construction of more than 3 million square feet of commercial facilities throughout the US. He currently oversees the company's real estate portfolio while pursuing investment and development opportunities throughout the Midwest and Southwestern United States.
As Senior Vice President of Morgan, Joanne oversees the asset management of the firm's portfolio. She works closely with investors, property managers, leasing agents and project accountants to increase occupancy, enhance asset value, ensure investor satisfaction and strengthen overall returns. Her background includes a position as First Vice President in LaSalle Bank's Commercial Real Estate Department, where she was responsible for a multi-million dollar loan portfolio, developing new business, facilitating closings and maintaining client relationships. Joanne's three decades in real estate and financial services are bolstered by her professional credentials including an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Northwestern University.
Jason Klonoski joined Morgan Realty Partners in 2003 and serves as its Chief Investment Officer. His responsibilities include overseeing property acquisitions,
development, and portfolio management in the Southwest. Mr. Klonoski began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 1994 following a career in professional baseball. During
his career he has established himself as a knowledgeable market leader, advising development clients on the underwriting, financing, construction and disposition of over 7
million square feet with a value in excess of $250 million. He also completed over 200 leasing transactions totaling more than 5 million square feet.
Mr. Klonoski is a member of NAIOP and has been active in the community. He currently sits on the board of The University of Arizona's school of Finance, TeamCFA, a
national charter school network, and Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix Executive Council.
